 Methodology is an important part of any research project, as it outlines the steps and procedures followed in order to achieve the research objectives. In this chapter, we will discuss the methodology used in our capstone project in detail.

First, we will begin by explaining the research design that we used for our project. Research design refers to the overall plan or structure for conducting the research. In our case, we used a mixed-methods research design, which combines both qualitative and quantitative research methods. This allowed us to collect both objective and subjective data, and to triangulate our findings for increased reliability and validity.

Next, we will discuss the sample size and sampling method used in our study. The sample size refers to the number of participants involved in the research, while the sampling method refers to the way in which the participants are selected. In our project, we used a convenience sampling method, where we selected participants who were easily accessible and willing to participate in the study. Our sample size was relatively small, consisting of 30 participants.

Following this, we will describe the data collection methods used in our project. Data collection refers to the process of gathering information from various sources in order to answer the research questions. In our case, we used both primary and secondary data collection methods. Primary data was collected through interviews, surveys, and focus groups, while secondary data was collected from existing literature and documents.

We will also discuss the data analysis techniques used in our study. Data analysis is the process of evaluating and interpreting the collected data in order to draw meaningful conclusions. In our project, we used both descriptive and inferential statistics to analyze the data. Descriptive statistics involved summarizing the data in terms of mean, median, and standard deviation, while inferential statistics involved making predictions about the population based on the sample data.

Finally, we will discuss the limitations of our study. Limitations are the factors that may have affected the accuracy or reliability of the research findings. In our project, the small sample size and convenience sampling method may have limited the generalizability of our findings to the larger population. Additionally, the subjectivity of the data collected through interviews and focus groups may have introduced bias into the study.

In conclusion, the methodology used in our capstone project was a mixed-methods research design with a small convenience sample size. Both primary and secondary data were collected and analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics. The limitations of the study included the small sample size and potential bias in the subjective data. Overall, the methodology employed in our project allowed us to address the research questions and draw meaningful conclusions.
